ENG: Update before race

Last week I have started to feel very comfortable during my training sessions. All the time splits have improved and heart rate has dropped significantly. I have done some big miles in the mountains and begun increasing the speed these days. It gives me more confidence going into my 2010 first HalfIronman race at Geelong, Australia. On the other hand the race will have really strong PRO field including the reigning Ironman Hawaii Campion Craig Alexander, so my goal is a solid top ten performance.  I will use new Elite Endurance Racesuit and new Velocity One wetsuit both from my new sponsor 2XU. I hope this gear will help me to shave off several seconds of my overall time. On the weekend there should be  a little bit cooler weather around 20°C compare to usual 35°C. Stay tuned for Ironman 70.3 Australia, Geelong as it starts at 7a.m. on Sunday Feb. the 7th!
